Orders
We only send orders after receipt by bank transfer. We do not send by cash on delivery for non-fulfillment of customers who do not pick up orders, causing losses in shipping and lost time.
Order Returns
All items that are damaged, incorrect and that you intend to return if you are not satisfied must be reported and sent within 14 days. The respective return of the articles must arrive with the original packaging without damage. The postage of the return is the responsibility of the customer, we do not accept anything for a refund.
Refunds
Partial or full refund of the order amount is applicable, always without the shipping cost. The refund can also be used through a credit note or gift card to be used within 90 days.
Availability
Some products may be unavailable or out of stock at the time you make the purchase due to other previous orders or when another purchase is made at the same time, in this situation the delivery time may vary from 2 to 15 working days according to the stock from our suppliers or manufacturers.
Delivery
All orders are shipped with a tracking number or code that can be used for consultation in the respective systems of the company that performs the transport. We are not responsible for the delay in delivery of your order, as well as loss or other situations that put your order at risk by the carrier.
